A report on Richard Hamilton’s exhibition at the van Abbemuseum in Eindhoven, May 15th-June 28th 1970. Drawings, paintings and photographic collages by Hamilton (Marilyn Monroe, Bing Crosby, Mick Jagger,…) are shown, as well as details of Jan van Eyck’s painting ’The Arnolfini’, a source of inspiration for Hamilton. Part of the BRT (Belgian radio and television broadcast network) television series ’Zoeklicht’ (’Searchlight’).
