On UNESCO World AV Heritage Day, SCCA-Ljubljana is traditionally organising a screening at the Slovenian Cinematheque. After previously having been invited to programme a thematic screening in 2016, argos returns to Ljubljana with a carte blanche. Our head of collections Katia Rossini showcases a selection of our current screening programme Peeping inside the tower, followed by a screening of D-I-A-L History by Johan Grimonprez (his recent film Soundtrack for a Coup d'état is currently playing in theaters), a thought-provoking and brilliantly constructed film made from a wide variety of archive footage and highly relevant to the current geopolitical situation.
